Crisp Suffolk spring water meets a splash of premium vodka, naturally flavoured with fruit for a clean, refreshing kick.

This light, floral seltzer pairs the gentle sweetness of fresh, crisp apple with fragrant elderflower for a flavour that’s smooth, delicate, and quietly moreish – perfect for laid-back afternoons and long summer evenings.

We use the same pure spring water that flows beneath our brewery – the backbone of our beers and spirits – and gently infuse it with fruit, before adding a dash of quality vodka. The result? A light, vibrant alcoholic seltzer with real flavour and a refreshingly crisp finish.
