UK Mainland Deliveries

All items in stock will be despatched within 1-2 working days from placing your order. If you place an order and an order happens to be unexpectedly out of stock, a member of our team will get in touch with you
directly.

Shipping times can vary by delivery address and are often ETAs are only given as estimates by our couriers.

Please get in touch quickly with us if you don’t receive your delivery within 5 days and we will look into your
order on your behalf.

We ship our products to the UK (including Northern Ireland,

NEXT?

We take care to pack all orders carefully to avoid damage during
shipping. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or missing please take a photo of the damaged items, complete our returns & refunds form and email this to team@deapwater.com. In case you can’t locate our returns & refunds form, please email us. Once we’ve received information of your refund or return claim, One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
