RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are happy to investigate any claims for returns and refunds so long as they meet our terms below to begin with.

If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please get
in touch with us at team@deapwater.com

Upon any refund claims, we will ask you to complete our returns & refunds form before sending the product back to us. This ensures your claim is processed correctly. Please email team@deapwater.com and we will email you a form. Please be aware we do not reimburse any shipping costs.

Should a product be damaged during transit then Deap Water will provide an exchange or full refund. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched products and a refund will be issued through the method
used for payment. In every case original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for Deap Water to issue any refund or exchange. Please email team@deapwater.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product.

Please always retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Deap Water. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

Deap Water will do its best to
process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?

soon as possible.

MY DELIVERY HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR ITEMS ARE MISSING, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

We take care to pack all orders carefully to avoid damage during
shipping. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or missing please take a photo of the damaged items, complete our returns & refunds form and email this to team@deapwater.com. In case you can’t locate our returns & refunds form, please email us. Once we’ve received information of your refund or return claim, One of our team will be in touch as soon as
possible to help resolve the issue.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items and try to despatch
them within 2 days so, unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your
delivery address, and changing payment method. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied and your order has already been dispatched, there will be a £4 standard postage charge to resend your order.
